20 November 2007: update of Aperture2275 to version number 1.1
Ensures compatibility with Leopard.

30 October 2007: update of eMotionReader to version number 1.33
There was a problem with downloads from the back under Leopard. I hoped the release version of Leopard would solve this. It didn‘t. So there is a new eMotionReader.

11 September 2007: update of eMotionDng to version number 1.44
You can now embed a jpg previe in the DNG file.
When there are duplicate files they now will be named (1), (2) etc.
When batch creating whitefiles the overwrite button will be  adhered.
The colors of the thumbnail will be closer to what you see in ACR (standard values).
When creating whitefiles you can specify to correct color shifts only and ignore luminance shifts.

12 August 2007: update of eMotionReader to version number 1.32
There were problems with the eight core Mac Pro and G3s. Corrected
Downloading compressed files could crash the program. Corrected.

12 August 2007: update of eMotionDng to version number 1.42
When all channels are blown, the Hilight recovery algorithm uses a new method to determine the color of the hilight.

25 June 2007: Aperture2275 added.
Adds support for DNG files created with eMotionDng to Apple's Aperture.

25 June 2007: update of eMotionReader to version number 1.31
Download speed doubled.
Support for Aperture2275 added.
There were problems with the eight core Mac Pro. Corrected
The date/time of capture could have an offset. Corrected.

25 June 2007: update of eMotionDng to version number 1.41
Denoising of whitefiles is only performed if the apprpriate checkbox is marked.
When whitefiles are created as a batch the resulting rxx files are now saved in the same directory as the IA files they were created from.
The date/time of capture could have an offset. Corrected.

27 February 2007: update of eMotionDng to version number 1.4
Denoising of whitefiles depends no longer on exposure time, but the level of noise.
Support for conversion of multishot STI files added. But right now multishot whitefiles and multishot calibration are not supported.
I experienced problems with linear raw DNGs with old versions of ACR. Release 3.7 corrects those problems. Make sure to use ACR 3.7 or later wit DNG converted from multishot STI files.

3 Oktober 2006: update of eMotionDng to version number 1.34
There was a problem with dragging files from eMotionReader to eMotionDng, if a folder within the eMotionDng folder didn't exist. The folder will be automatically created now.
I changed the way in which the pixels under row and column defects are interpolated.

24 September 2006: update of eMotionDng to version number 1.33

Stronger noise reduction for exposure times above 2 sec.

22 September 2006: update of eMotionDng to version number 1.32
Noise reduction for exposure times above 2 sec improved.
Results with "dark" white references shots improved.
Once a file has been converted, the tab of that back will show the short serialnumber instead of the long one. The short serial number is the same that is used in filenames. That's purly cosmetical, to make ist easier to see which files belong to which back..
Support for Leaf files removed. I'm sorry about that, it's not a technical issue, I appologise for any inconvinience this causes.

14 September 2006: update of eMotionDng to version number 1.31
Files couldn't be dragged directly form eMotionReader to eMotionDng. Fixed.

12 September 2006: update of eMotionDng and eMotionReader to version number 1.3
Changes to eMotionDng are manifold:
For one there is highlight recovery build in.
There is a feature to remove stitching lines which occur on some backs.
There are batch features for file conversion and white reference conversion and usage.
There is support for sti files as created by Sinar's CaptureShop.
There is support for compressed IA files.
BR files must not be longer in the same folder as the IA files but may be in any folder that is either a sub folder or a sister folder of the folder which contains the IA files. (But for highest speed, they should stay in the IA files folder)
There is support for MOS files from Leaf backs. For lack of an Aptus back this is not as thoroughly tested. I tested only files of two Aptus 75 (Thanks to Steffen and Andy for their help). It is supposed to work with other Aptus backs as well, but I couldn't test this. Also there might be different revisions of mos files, which are not supported yet (because I do not know about them). If you encounter problems or glitches please send me a mail and if possible make the mos file in question available to me for download.
Just as I feared, there are differnt versions at least there is uncompressed and compressed. The software does not support compressed yet.
And there is a log file feature, which will write error messages into a logfile instead of stopping a conversion process.

eMotionReader now supports compressed IA files.
The naming sheme has changed. All files will get the date of the shot as filename. So 060819-201951-1078.IA means shot taken on the 19th of August 2006 at 8:19:52 PM with back 1078.
When there is a removable media inserted (CF Card, memory stick, CD) and there is a folder XXXXXXX.EMO in the root folder, a tab will be added to the main view and the IA files in this folder will be displayed within. Those files are treated exactely like the files in the back and can be dragged to the harddisk or into eMotionDng. This is useful to get the files named in the same way as the files inside the back.
The reason for the changed sheme is to enable some batch processing features in eMotionDNG which are name driven.
